How it works:
- You will receive a manual that will both educate and inspire you and keep you accountable to the program
- This 6 week program has a weekly group workout and meeting at our studio
- Each week we discuss life long tools that will help you keep the weight off
- You will receive follow up emails and support
- Options to fit your scheduling needs. These groups are led by the best certified personal trainers in the Twin Cities.
- Each participant has a chance to win their money back and 6-one hour private training sessions based on total percentage of body weight lost by the end of the 6 weeks (two winners-top male and top female with largest percentage of their body weight lost)
You have 2 program options/prices.
1. Weekly group lecture/workout, program manual, and support for only $420
2. Weekly group meeting/workout, program manual, support, and (6) 30 minute private training sessions with your personal trainer for only $600. (Significant private session discount) (Meet 1x/wk for 6 weeks with a personal trainer)

How does the challenge work?
On the first week, you will be weighed in (privately with a trainer), given your manual and provided with exercise and nutrition guidelines to help you transform your body! The final weigh-in will occur the last week of the program (exactly 6 weeks from your start date).
Are there any criteria for entering the challenge? Candidates must have 20+ pounds to lose to be at a healthy body weight. Our intentions are that this challenge will help our clients reach for their best and not be an initiative that has a negative effect on self-esteem and body image. All of the expectations of the challenge are designed to improve overall health and fitness and are not short-term, quick-fixes. The benefit of this type of program is that it will provide you the guidance, motivation, and accountability to jump-start your program and help you shed excess weight.
*Other items to note? No refunds, no exceptions. If you miss a class and there is space, you can attend another session within that week. If not, you will forfeit that class. The prizes will be for the top female and top male that loses the highest percentage of their body weight but we must have 6 or more of each gender if not, there will only be one prize to the top loser.Balance For Life Fitness Studio
