Jamie R

Certified Personal Trainer

Jamie is a Personal Trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise and a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association.

As a mother of three, I understand how difficult it can be to juggle a career and your family, yet still have time to incorporate an exercise regime. In my experience, lack of time is one of the biggest complaints that clients have to begin positive lifestyle changes. Together we will choose the tools such as goal sheet, follow up emails/calls, and ideas for goal setting that will actually work within your life.

I love to work with clients who have weight loss goals, those who need boosts of motivation and encouragement, clients training for improved cardiovascular fitness, as well as those who just want to be generally more fit and active. Finding all the pieces to be healthier is no longer impossible because I will incorporate them all within our sessions.

The pieces that I find to be most important is cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, flexibility, nutrition, behavioral modification, support, and empowerment.

I truly believe that anyone will have a greater quality of life with knowledge about how their body works as well as the pieces of the puzzles all in place.  Allow me to help with each of these on your journey to a healthy life.
